A titanium expandable dynamic hip peg plate for treatment of fractures of the femoral neck. The oval shape of the hip peg enhances rotational stability, while expansion of the peg increases bone mineral density around the peg, thereby reducing the risk of cut out.

PROPRIETARY TWO-PHASE REAMER The calibrated reamer is used to drill an 8mm hole for the reduced peg and an 12.5mm hole for the plate barrel.
